Default Chart of Accounts
Howtrack is default chart of accounts. You can get listed each accounts your company own with the balance you have credit or debit with red and blue color. You can get the full transition details of each account with leader view with each transition have full details you provided while you manage.
Bank Accounts
In ht you can create bank account to manage cash flow with deposit, withdraw, transfer and payment internal expense through bank. In bank account you can payments any expense to your internal account.
Internal Account
In internal account you can make entries of receipt, payments, debtors, creditors, sale and purchase. You can also send these transition details to any email address or get an pdf view of these transition with start from date and end to date.
External Account
In external account you can make your friends with contacts sync and can make entries with them. We can make entries of receipt, payments, debtors, creditors, sale and purchase. Our friend will confirm these entries. Until the entries is not confirmed it will show as pending to confirm by your friends. you can also send these transition details to any email address or get an pdf view of these transition with start from date and end to date.
